Making the Change from Dorm Room to Home

When we are in college it’s a lot of fun to have the party room. Cool junk all over the place, posters on the walls and three different beer pong tables ready to go at a moment’s notice. Eventually you get your own place and you are no longer the college kid. It’s time to upgrade the domicile.
The first thing you need to do is take down the posters and pennants. It’s great to love your favorite band, sports team or fitness model but keep them in your personal space and out of the living room. If you want to display such things you can incorporate it into your den or living room but it’s time to actually frame those posters and ditch the push pins. Choosing Best Bookshelf for Your Home

Bookshelves form a very important part of your home or office furniture. There are several bookshelves available, and you should keep some aspects in mind before you decide to buy a particular design or a brand. Here are just some of these aspects:

Firstly, you should decide whether you wish to keep the books vertically or horizontally. Some bookshelves allow the books to be placed horizontally, while others allow them to be kept vertically, while yet others come with changeable shelves, so that you can decide how to keep them.

Secondly, you need to decide whether you wish to opt for a glass door bookshelf or a wooden door entry. The advantage of a glass door bookshelf is that you do not need to open the door repeatedly just to look for a book, and the disadvantage is that glass immediately becomes more fragile when compares to wooden doors.
